Editing an Existing Campaign

The Jivox platform allows you to edit an existing Facebook/Instagram campaign that has already been created on Facebook Business Manager. You can now push new Ad sets and Ads into an existing campaign, built outside the Jivox platform to Facebook.

To get started on managing an existing campaign, first create a Facebook campaign. To do this, refer to Creating a Facebook Campaign and then start editing your Facebook campaign.

1- The Facebook setup starts here under the Manage Social tab. Under the Create Facebook Campaign tab, select the campaign mode Use an existing campaign. This is the first step towards managing an existing campaign.

2- Enter the Business Manager ID. After the business manager ID gets validated, you will be allowed to select the ad account from the Ad Account dropdown. Select your Ad Account and choose your existing Facebook Campaign Name from the dropdown. Once completed, click on the Next button.

3- The next step is to setup campaign details. Refer to Reach & Frequency to set up and publish the Facebook campaign.
