Placement asset customisation allows brands to customise the creative assets displayed in different ad placements on Facebook and deliver different combinations of an ad creative to different users.
Placement asset customisation supports both single image and single video ads. The supported campaign objectives are App Installs, Brand Awareness, Conversions, Traffic, Reach and Video Views.
Supported placement positions are:
- Facebook feed
- Facebook story
- Facebook search
- Facebook marketplace
- Facebook video feeds
- Facebook instant article
- Facebook right hand column
- Instagram story
- Instagram stream
- Instagram explore
- Instagram reels
Prerequisites
- Two ads under an ad set should have different placement positions.
- For Facebook to support Placement Asset Customisation, an ad should have at least two different placement positions.
