Overview

Social media is one of the most powerful mediums that helps brands connect with their audience. The Jivox platform offers the unique capability to run Facebook campaigns with contextual data triggers like weather, sports, air-pollution etc. Jivox is well integrated with DSPs (Appnexus and TTD) that allow retargeting users based on campaign rules defined at the campaign set-up level.

The Jivox Facebook integration supports all ad formats on the Facebook business manager - image, video, carousel, collection, slideshow and instant experience. Our platform can automatically build the campaigns, ad sets and ads on the Facebook Business Manager. Using our integrations for real-time data triggers (e.g., weather), we can personalize ads for a brand based on the configured data trigger. Jivox enables brands to publish the campaign on both Facebook and Instagram.

The reporting capabilities of the Jivox platform allows a brand (ie. the brand manager or campaign manager from the brand) to monitor the campaign performance and schedule reports on the Jivox IQ Platform. The platform also has identity mapping enabled that allows the campaign to find and show creatives to the same targeted users on Facebook.

Whether your target audience views a product display on your website, or an ad of the product on a publisher website, Jivox’s integration enables a user to see the same creatives on Facebook, personalized by location, weather, time of day, and other real-time data triggers.
