In the Map Asset Source section, you can map your asset source to the required Facebook components. The column on the left represents the Facebook columns whereas the column on the right with the drop-down list are derived from the Asset Source.
1- You will find the following options on the Map Asset Source screen.

- Ad Unit Type - displays the ad unit selected when the ad was created.
- Select Asset Source - a drop-down that displays the asset sources available.
- Instant Experience - loads the ad instantly and is designed for mobile viewing, giving the best in-app ad experience.
- Placement Asset Customisation- allows you to customize the creative assets displayed in every placement for a given Facebook Ad.
- Facebook Asset - represents the Facebook columns and has two sections- Mandatory and Optional.
- Asset Source Column - a drop-down list, the options in this list are derived from the asset source.
2- Map each Facebook Asset to an Asset Source Column by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down. If the Asset source column matches exactly with the Facebook Asset column, the fields under Asset source column get auto-mapped. If there are any differences between asset source column and Facebook asset column then the auto-mapping will not happen.
These mappings are at the ad level and not at the ad set level.
3- If any of the Asset source columns are not auto-mapped, you can manually map the Asset source column to the Facebook Asset and click on the Save button.

4- After clicking Save, the Next button will be enabled. Click on the Next button.

You will be navigated to the Manage Ad Sets tab.
