Reporting in Jivox

Jivox allows a number of sophisticated reporting options providing you access to all the metrics that are captured. The typical process to pull a report from the Jivox UI is shown below.

There are four main types of reports that are commonly used in reporting, as shown below.

SummaryThis report gives you a quick overview of total impressions, interactions and the interaction rate.
DetailsThis report provides a set of pre-configured reports that provide common performance metrics.
CustomThis is a unique report that can be customised with performance metrics and aggregated based on your campaign needs.
ScheduledThis report can be scheduled to run at a specific frequency and automatically emailed to one or more email addresses.
