Jivox runs fraud analysis on impressions and clicks using blacklisted user agents provided by IAB and filters out the fraudulent impressions and the fraudulent clicks. This addresses the discrepancies in the click and the impression numbers recorded by Jivox.
The two metrics are added as default options in the custom report template- Fraud impressions and Fraud clicks. Fraud impressions and Fraud clicks can be grouped by Publisher, Unit, Date and Placement level. Total impressions is the sum of valid impressions and fraud impressions. Similarly, total clicks is the sum of valid clicks and fraud clicks.
We will now learn how to generate a report for fraud clicks and fraud impressions in the following steps:
1- From the account dashboard, click on the Reporting tab and select the Custom option. The reporting page will be displayed.

2- Select a campaign from the Select Campaigns dropdown and pick a time range.

3- Select Fraud clicks and Fraud impressions under Metric Options.

4- Select Date, Publisher, Placement *and *Unit under Group by Options.
The Creative Version and the Segment Name options are disabled for the Fraud clicks and the Fraud impressions metric options. |

5- Click on the Generate Report button. The report will load at the bottom of the screen.

6- To save the report setting as a template, click on the Save as Template button.

The generated report can also be downloaded as an Excel or CSV file. |
