Cloning Campaigns with FBD Configurations

When you clone a campaign for the first time, Jivox IQ clones respective ads, campaigns, asset sources, decision maps, decision graphs and FBD Configurations into the destination clone.

The FBD configurations will get updated with the cloned asset source names and column names.

To create a new clone of a campaign with FBD configurations into different account, follow these steps:

1- From the campaigns listing, click the 'Clone Campaign’ icon under the 'Options' column, for the campaign you want to clone. The ‘Clone Campaign’ card is displayed.

2- Select Clone into another Account and click the Clone campaign button. The ‘Clone Campaign’ page is displayed, listing all the accounts.

3- Select the destination account from the account list and then click Next.

4- Select ‘Create new campaign’ from the ‘Please choose mode of Cloning’ page.

5- Enter the campaign name in the ‘New Campaign Name’ field, if required and then click Next.

6- In the next page, all the asset sources which are available in both source campaign and destination campaign are displayed and corresponding drop-downs under them are disabled.

7- Select Create new Asset Sources if you want to clone the asset sources used in the source campaign. This will clone the asset sources used in the data signal mapping in the Decision Map section and the asset sources used to create the FBD values in the Decision Graph section.

8- Alternatively, select ‘Use existing Asset Sources from destination account’ if the asset sources are already available in the destination campaign. Now the ‘Select Asset Source’ dropdown is enabled for all the asset sources.

9- Select the asset source from the ‘Select Asset Source’ dropdown and then click Clone.

You will see a confirmation message showing the clone request is submitted. You will also receive an email notification for the status of cloning. Click ‘Ok’.
