Generating the CDN Links

In this section we will see how we can generate the image links using the Jivox IQ platform to be added to the Asset Source. You can do this in three ways:

• Using the Asset Library
• Using Jivox Image Generation Feature
• External Image Hosting

Using the Asset Library

This is the most recommended method of generating image/video links. You can upload your assets into Jivox CDN directly and generate links from there.

On the Campaign page, go to the Manage Assets tab and select Asset Library.

Here, you can upload all your assets in the Asset Upload section using any of the available options as described below:

• drag and drop assets and upload them instantly.
• select the asset files from your computer and upload them here
• Upload a zip file

You also have the option to create a new folder for better organization.

Once you have uploaded the files, you can right click each filename to generate the URL.

Click Copy Secure URL to copy the URL and paste it in the Asset Source.
