Jivox IQ enable brands to create and serve carousel ads using a retargeting or prospecting campaign strategy.
Data pixels can be built and launched to automatically sync any product updates on the e Retailer side into the product feed available on the Jivox platform. Data pixels capture user activity on the brand’s product page or the retailer's website. Jivox IQ will generate corresponding personalized product recommendations.
Before proceeding to set up the recommendation engine, we must take care of the following:
1- This asset source should be a product inventory with two mandatory columns - Id (Product Id) & Category. The column names can be case insensitive.

2- The Category column format should be in line with the category format in google shopping feed, but with double arrows as breadcrumb. For example, Apparel & Accessories >> Clothing >> Dresses
3- Map the Product Id column with the Asset key field in the Asset Source screen.

For Jivox IQ to generate Bestseller recommendation, you should have pre-defined the e-commerce pixels under the same advertiser/ brand account. To do so, first, we must navigate to the Data Pixels page and generate the e-commerce pixels as required.
Once the e-commerce pixels are created, we can go ahead and set up the campaign.
